It takes several minutes just to load the main UI and then soends even more time loading every single time you open a sub menu or click on anything. This happens regardless of your connection speed. It also just gives wrong information as in it tells me that my router is connected to the internet when I know for a fact it isn't because none of the devices in my network that are connected to it have internet access until I manually restart it.

My experience with the app so far is characterized by spending minutes (I timed it to > 2min) in the loading screen while it taunts me with recurring messages like "let's wait together" until I get to a very clean UI that someone clearly put a lot of effort in, only to have the app revert back to the loading screen immediately as soon as I change a setting. I wish they had put the same effort that it took to design that UI into actual performance or usability.

User friendly interface. All my queries to-date could be quickly solved using the app. Super easy instructions to set-up new devices, check for faults etc. Vodafone's You-Tube videos are a good back up source of information too.
